ted saunder's first novel includes a series of short stories all including the subject of animals. most of these fall under a magical realism genre. my favorite was "airbag" which is divided in three large parts throughout the book. this was sitting on unshelved in the library, lucky find.

book/exhibition catalog from one of ana mendieta's first retrospective solo exhibitions displayed in italy in 2013. really loved learning more about her artwork and inspirations for creating. just based on aesthetics alone she has always been one of my favorite artists.

watched with friends and themes of absurd bureaucracy during time of crisis reminded me of dr.strangelove. favorite rendition of godzilla by far
